The Molecular Nanoscience and Organic Materials research unit focuses on the study, synthesis and processing of molecular and polymeric materials with biomedical, electronic, magnetic and chemical properties.

The unit brings together complementary expertise in molecular materials for electronic devices and nanostructured molecular materials for biomedical applications, connecting advanced materials design with proof-of-concept devices, pre-clinical development and innovation-oriented research.

Its activity contributes to ICMAB’s advanced materials ecosystem through molecular nanoscience, organic materials, nanomedicine, molecular electronics and technology transfer.
