Attracting talent and supporting research careers

The Talent Retention, Attraction & Recruitment Committee aims to attract junior and senior scientists with outstanding track records in FUNMAT specialities, both from Spain and abroad.

It also promotes professional career development to support excellent researchers working in these specialities. The former layout also refers to this body as the Recruitment Committee.

This page presents the Committee’s institutional role. It is distinct from Careers, the Open Positions area and the Talent Office within the Strategic Projects Unit.
